In life, we often find ourselves caught up in the whirlwind of schedules and responsibilities. For the longest time, that was my reality, especially living in the fast pace of New York City. I always appeared calm on the surface, but beneath that, my body was silently suffering from the weight of stress, manifesting as persistent headaches and stomachaches. At that time, little did I know that my journey towards starting a stress management coaching and consulting company would begin with an unexpected suggestion: meditation.
Reluctance Turns to Revelation:
When someone first mentioned meditation to me, I must admit, I was not open to the idea. I associated this practice with people in flowy outfits and flower headpieces while I am a working professional in pencil skirts and heels. But life has a way of pushing us towards new experiences. It was when I moved to Los Angeles alone and was hit with the challenges and grief of the pandemic that I decided to give meditation a try. And to my surprise, it proved to be incredibly effective in soothing my mind and alleviating my stress.
Transformation Unfolds:
With that newfound sense of tranquility, my journey of transformation began. I started attending personalized meditation classes on zoom with an amazing teacher. For over three years now, this weekly class continues to be an integral part of my life, with attendance being a non-negotiable. My learning prompted me to delve deeper into the realms of wellness and gain a profound understanding of the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of my being and the world around me. Life's challenges no longer overwhelmed me; I now possessed a fresh mindset and a repertoire of healthy and effective techniques to navigate through them.

I can confidently say that I am currently experiencing the best version of myself. The journey I embarked upon has allowed me to cultivate inner strength, resilience, and a newfound sense of well-being. How could I keep this transformative knowledge to myself?
