Hello!

My name is Nahrin.

I am the the proud founder of Unstressified, LLC., and the creator of The Unstressified Method.  My ultimate passion is to inspire and empower individuals to unlock their full potential and make positive and sustainable changes in the world.  This is evident in nearly two decades of serving as an education professional in New York and Los Angeles.  I have had the privilege of teaching mathematics, being a school leader, and driving transformational change in underserved schools.  I have devoted myself to understanding diverse learning styles, mastering effective coaching methodologies, and prioritizing social-emotional needs to consistently deliver great results.  It is these very experiences and expertise that have played pivotal roles in shaping my journey towards becoming an empowerment coach and consultant, leading to the launch of unstressified.

Having personally experienced the significant role that stress can play in our professional and personal lives, I was motivated to explore effective coping mechanisms. This led me to discover the remarkable power and efficacy of wellness practices. Impressed by the profound benefits on my own life,  I chose to become a certified practitioner in stress management, mindfulness, and meditation from Harvard University. By combining my educational background with this knowledge, I have developed a science-based approach to stress management, The Unstressified Method, that is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual and organization I have the pleasure of working with.
